You can download a free software program called Primo PDF: http://www.primopdf.com/

Once downloaded follow these steps:

  1. Open the required document
  2. Select "File" and "Print"
  3. Select "Primo PDF" as your printer name
  4. Click OK
  5. Name PDF file and Save
